Erik Nordmark is Senior Vice President for ICCS, overseeing all branches of our operations and business development departments. With a tenure of over 10 years at the company, he began as Operations Manager for the Charlotte region and eventually advanced to Director of Operations working up to his current position. Bringing over 16 years of experience in the industry, Erik has a background in healthcare environmental services, working for Aramark Healthcare at several hospitals in the southeast. He lives in Lincolnton, NC with his wife Abbie, son Gage and daughter Lyla. A valued member of our executive team, Erik is dedicated to customer service and prides himself in leading our managers.
Jerlene Rameau
Operations Manager – Triad of North Carolina and Virginia

Jerlene Rameau is the Operations Manager – Triad of North Carolina and Virginia. Before entering the commercial cleaning industry, she had an 11-year career as the Director of Business Development in Atlanta, GA. She graduated from the American College of Applied Arts with a degree in Business Administration in Marketing. She joined ICCS in 2013, starting out as the Project Manager in the Triangle area, and has teamed up with property managers to provide excellence in cleaning solutions and service for our customers. After working as Project Manager, she was appointed the Operations Manager for the state of Virginia and the Eastern areas of NC. Jerlene has managed a portfolio of over 1 million sqft, facilitating quality cleaning and great customer service, which in turn helps to improve day to day operations. Building the relationships among managers, partners, and employees has proven her key to success. Jerlene lives in Rolesville, NC with her Husband Luc and son LucRichard.
David Fiske
Operations Manager – South Carolina

David J. Fiske is the Operations Manager for South Carolina, Before entering the commercial cleaning industry, Dave served 28 years in the U.S. Army Infantry. Dave graduated from Excelsior College with a bachelor’s in business management. He joined ICCS in 2022 and takes pride in mentoring and coaching his project managers. He has started a reception and integration program for new employees that has already increased employee retention. Dave lives in Columbia, SC with his wife Regan, two Daughters Alaina and Micah, and his son Ethan.
Frankie Gunnell

Frankie Gunnell is Vice President of Operations for the Greater Charlotte Area. He joined ICCS in 2015 as a Project Manager. Before entering the commercial janitorial industry, he enjoyed a successful 11-year career as a Photojournalist. His resume included stints with ABC, NBC and Langley Production’s “Cops” TV show. Frankie takes pride in caring for our customers’ needs, while also being a strong leader for our management team. Frankie graduated from Virginia Tech with a BA in Communication. He lives in Matthews, NC with his wife Jessica, daughter Isabella and son Wyatt. He is an active member in IREM Western NC and BOMA Greater Charlotte, serving as the resident Videographer for BOMA’s Communication Committee.

Stacy Strong is the Business Development Manager for South Carolina. She joined ICCS in 2014 after a 10 year career in Telecommunication sales. She is focused on building strong relationships with Property Managers and designing the right cleaning solutions throughout the South Carolina market. Working hand in hand with the SC Operations team, she works to meet expectations and maintain quality of service for over 3 million square feet of business. Stacy graduated from the University of South Carolina and currently lives in Columbia with her husband and two sons. She is an active member in the community, as well as, IREM and IFMA.

Meagan Loggins is the Vice President for the Charlotte, NC area who partners with local property managers to provide cleaning solutions for their operations and customers. Native to Charlotte and growing up in the family business, she acquired industry experience early on under the mentorship of her father Mike Loggins, President of ICCS. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a dual degree in Marketing and Management in May 2016, she started as a Project Manager at ICCS, developing her operational knowledge and establishing her foundation in the professional field. Managing a portfolio just under 1 million sqft of commercial office space, she advanced her facility services expertise and earned 5 IIICRC certifications. Expanding into the sales position after 3 years, her service-minded attitude has landed her a polished reputation in the industry. She is now focused on facilitating customer relationships, increasing service quality and customer satisfaction, and representing ICCS in the Charlotte real estate community. Meagan is an active member in the BOMA, IREM, IFMA, and CREW Charlotte Chapters. She currently directs the sustainability department at ICCS to grow customers’ green initiatives and achieve LEED certification.
Staci Collins
Staci Collins: Senior Project Manager – Triangle of North Carolina
Staci started her career managing multi-million-dollar trade shows and events based out of Orlando, FL for 12 years. She owned and operated a lawn and landscape company for five years and then decided to move to North Carolina to escape the heat! Before joining ICCS, she was the Director of Operations for a commercial cleaning company and managed several key accounts and staff. Staci now is the Sr. Project Manager overseeing the Greensboro and Triad areas.
